Does Better Energy Equal Better Weight loss?

So it will be easy to make the misstep of assuming you are able to simply get on a treadmill or do a spin-class & melt fat. But it’s important to understand that weight loss is a two step process. If you don’t first launch the fat, you can’t burn it. That implies that in case you are not in a state where the body of yours is hormonally prepared to release fat, you can do cardio the whole day and it won’t burn any.
